Schaefer Outfitter’s core customer base of Texas ranchers had been with them for decades, but the brand was falling behind in the digital age. Anchored by printed catalogues and traditional advertising, they needed to update their look and attract new customers without alienating their base. “For Land. For Life.” became the mantra that expanded the brand beyond work hours.

In the summer of 2019 we were tasked by Schaefer to redesign their old website and launch it under a new e-commerce platform before the holidays. We imported hundreds of products, skews, and 10 years of online sales data to Shopify and gave schaeferoutfitter.com brand new site architecture and modern UI/UX design. After launching, online sales increased by 85%. New website users increased by 22%. And our AOV increased by 18%. 30% of new sales came from social media campaigns (primarily Facebook). And for every dollar spent on social, we saw 10 times the increase in our return on investment.
